1. Introduction
1.1. The competition is organized by HH Meat Factory and will run from 1 September 2024 to 10 December 2024.
1.2. By participating in this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This competition is open to all customers of HH Meat Factory aged 18 years and older.
2.2. Employees of HH Meat Factory are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the competition, customers must make a minimum purchase of R200 in a single transaction at HH Meat Factory between 1 September 2024 and 10 December 2024.
3.2. Each R200 spent in a single transaction qualifies the customer for one entry into the current months Lucky Draw.
3.3. After spending R200, customers automatically qualify to draw in-store for an immediate prize, determined by HH Meat Factory at any given time.
3.4. Additional spending over R200 will earn customers more entries into The Grand Christmas Hamper prize draw for December in intervals of R200.
3.5. The winning ticket of the monthly lucky draw, this excludes The Grand Christmas Hamper, will be removed from the remaining tickets and all tickets will be transferred to the Christmas Hamper Lucky Draw Box.
4. Monthly Prizes
4.1. There will be a monthly prize draw at the end of September, October, and November 2024.
4.2. If a customer wins a monthly prize, the winning ticket will be removed and will not be added as a entry to The Grand prize draw in December.
5. Grand Prize Draw
5.1. The grand prize draw will take place in December 2024.
5.2. All qualifying entries from 1 September 2024 to 11 December 2024, excluding those who have won monthly prizes, will be entered into The Grand Christmas Hamper prize draw.
6. Prizes
6.1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.2. HH Meat Factory reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Notification
7.1. Winners of the monthly prizes and the grand prize will be notified via Facebook or the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
7.2. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, HH Meat Factory reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
8. General
8.1. HH Meat Factory reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
8.2. Any changes to the competition will be communicated as soon as possible.
8.3. HH Meat Factory is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. Data Protection
9.1. Personal data relating to the entrants will be used in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
9.2. Winners will be announced online on our Social Media with a photo of the gift handover.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. HH Meat Factory will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this competition or the acceptance of any prize.
11. Governing Law
11.1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
