HH MEAT FACTORY can at any time terminate or suspend the loyalty program by giving you one months’ notice.  Such notice will be recorded on our website and the notice will apply from the date it appears on our website.

Terms and conditions can be changed without prior notice and will be binding on the card holder. Any change will be recorded on our website. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership without notice. Reward Points cannot be transferred into any monetary value and can only be used in-store.

Your HH MEAT FACTORY DELI LOYALTY CARD is not transferrable. Your HH MEAT FACTORY DELI LOYALTY CARD cannot be used for company orders and is for use by natural persons. Your Loyalty program membership is not transferable.

The Loyalty Card or 4-digit membership number can only be used on the day of purchase.   A lost card fee of R30.00 will be charged for the replacement. Your card can only be used subject to these terms and conditions.

No employees of HH MEAT FACTORY may apply for membership. Any dispute in relation to any aspect of the program will be determined by any director of HH MEAT FACTORY, or his nominee, whose decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Loyalty program members may not cede any rights or benefits obtained by virtue of their participation in the program. Loyalty program members shall have no claims whatsoever against HH MEAT FACTORY for any losses or damages incurred as a result of their participation in the program.

Cards that are inactive for a period of 6 months may be deactivated and can be only activated in person at the premises of HH MEAT FACTORY. By accepting these terms and conditions members of the program expressly consent to the transmission of any of their personal data (including but not limited to the name of the Loyalty program member, any identifying number, symbol, email address, physical address, telephone number, location information, online identifier or other particular assignment).

HH MEAT FACTORY undertakes to comply all laws, policies, and procedures relating to the protection, storage, handling, privacy, processing and retention of data as well as the destruction of data, including personal data.

HH MEAT FACTORY shall ensure that it processes data for only the express purpose for which it was obtained. Members of the Loyalty program may terminate their membership at any time and on receipt of such notice of termination.

HH MEAT FACTORY undertake that personal data will be destroyed to an extent that it cannot be reconstructed to its original form subject to any legal retention requirements. HH MEAT FACTORY shall ensure that it does not disclose personal data of recipients of the HH MEAT FACTORY DELI LOYALTY CARD, other than in terms of this terms and conditions. HH MEAT FACTORY undertakes to ensure that it has all reasonable technical and organizational measures in place to protect the personal data from unauthorized access and/or use;

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions reflect the entire agreement between the HH MEAT FACTORY Loyalty program member and HH MEAT FACTORY in relation to the program and HH MEAT FACTORY shall not be bound by any undertakings, representations, warranties, promises, terms or conditions or the like not recorded herein. No variation of any of the terms and conditions shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and agreed by HH MEAT FACTORY.

Any leniency, extension of time or any other indulgence or concession which may be shown or granted to a member by HH MEAT FACTORY shall not prejudice HH MEAT FACTORY rights in any way, nor shall the same constitute a novation of these terms and conditions or a waiver of any of HH MEAT FACTORY’s rights. 

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The program is subject to any peremptory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (as amended) (including any regulations framed thereunder) and/or the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (as amended) including any regulations framed thereunder) applicable to this program. Any such applicable provisions shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference therein.

DISCOUNTS:

Discounts offered through the loyalty card program are not applicable on promotional items.

Discounts will not apply to certain products that have a higher cost and bring less revenue to the company.

The company reserves the right to exclude specific products from any discount offers and promotions at its sole discretion. The inclusion or exclusion of such products may vary over time, and the company has the authority to make these changes without prior notification.

MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL CONSENT:

HH MEAT FACTORY LOYALTY CARD MEMBERS give consent to HH MEAT FACTORY to share its latest in-store & online deals, promotions & events online through email and SMS. Members will be able to unsubscribe from this service online, through the email itself.
